“I was experiencing a great deal of stiffness and pain towards the end of a round and afterwards which concerned me. I was also new to yoga but I found Yoga for Golfers an excellent starting point. The lessons are provided with the golfer in mind and I found them very beneficial in terms of freedom of movement, balance and power. However it was the other benefits like the feeling of wellbeing and total relaxation after a lesson that astounded me.
I recently played four days in a row without any problem.
Anne Marie is an excellent instructor and tailors the exercises to the individual’s ability and I could not recommend Anne Marie or her course more highly and look forward to the next class.”
